Finding your way around

if this is your first time on the internet, welcome. my guide will help you decide what to do and where to go. i suggest that you use a search engine such as Yahoo!. What you have to do is, insert what you want to find in the text box. click "search" and let yahoo! do the rest. it is easy to use and gives a clear overview of pages available. other search engines are AltaVista and Hotbot but i reccomend yahoo!.

Getting what you need

Downloading is a very useful way of getting things you might need such as midi songs or demos of that game you can't afford. it is easy to do as you will usually only need to click one button and it will do the work for you. i got the fonts i am using off the internet. much better than shedding out 5 quid for a magazine when it is really just that one game you want. useful!!

Extracting information

If you see a block of text you want then just copy and paste it. open up your word processor and save it to have this saved on your hard disk now!
